Frequently Asked Questions
When I press certain keys on the keyboard like ‘u’, ‘i’ or ‘p’, I only get numbers or other characters. Only when I press the ‘Fn’ key at the same time do I get the letter I actually want. How do I get it back to its standard function?
It’s probably just the ‘Num Lock’ function that is enabled – it activates numpad mode on a section of the main keyboard area. Press the relevant button to deactivate this function – you’ll then be able to access the letter keys as usual.

How do I change the keyboard layout?
Unfortunately it’s not possible to change the key layout on the keyboard itself, but you can set the keyboard layout to another language in Windows® under the Control Panel settings. You can toggle rapidly between multiple keyboard layouts by pressing Alt + Shift.
