Where can I find drivers for this product?
Download the driver from www.speedlink.com to install the software. Always use the latest driver version.
How do I change my mouse’s configuration using the Mouse Configurator?
After opening the Mouse Configurator app and selecting the PC, the app will prompt you to enter a four-digit code. This access restriction ensures that only authorised users can control mouse functions via the app. Be aware that the PC and smartphone/tablet must be connected to the same local network (LAN/Wi-Fi). You only need to enter the four-digit code once. The code can be found in the driver menu under SETTINGS – INFORMATION – App access code.
How do I change the mouse’s glow colour?
Only the colour of the scroll wheel can be changed. In the driver you can select one of five settings profiles from the top row beneath the main menu. To rename them, simply double-click the profile’s name. Assign a colour of your choice to each profile using the colour palette that appears. Once you have done this, the scroll wheel will glow in the colour of the active profile, so you always know which settings you’ve chosen.
Can I map other functions to the mouse’s side buttons in games or other applications?
Yes, In the driver menu, if you click a box assigned to a button a new window will open where you can map a new function to this button. There are five categories to choose from: mouse functions (click and scroll commands), keyboard commands, advanced functions (sensor and other settings), macros and button/key combinations, and sequences.
