My Bluetooth adapter of my PC/Notebook is recognized, but the LED doesn’t flash, like it is mentioned in the QIG and/or I can’t connect any devices.
Please check who is mentioned as manufacturer in the properties of the adapter. For that, go to the device manager and make a right click on the entry of the adapter. If “Cambridge Silicon Radio Ltd.” Is not mentioned there, but Realtek, download the driver from the following link (Realtek RTL8723 Bluetooth Software) and install it. Instead you can search for the Realtek RTL8723 driver and install it. After a restart, Windows will install all other services and drivers automatically and you can search for Bluetooth devices in “devices and printers”. Please note, Windows might have to install additional drivers for the linked devices and this devices only be available after a few minutes.
