Troubleshooting

The webcam isn’t recognised

Please ensure that the webcam is only connected to a USB port either directly on your PC or on an active (powered) USB hub. A passive USB hub, without an additional power supply, may not supply enough power to the webcam.

My messaging program isn't displaying any video

Make sure that you have set 'Digital_Camera' as the video source in your messaging program. Make sure that you haven't launched any other video program otherwise the messaging program may not recognise the webcam.
