ConnectingRemove the speaker system from its packaging and check all cables and connectors for any signs of damage. Connect the speaker system to your desktop computer or notebook as follows: Place the subwoofer in a suitable position. Ideally it should be placed under the desk. If there's not enough space then, thanks to its compact design, it can also be placed on the desk. Now plug the system into the mains.
Place one satellite speaker to the left of your monitor and the other to the right of the monitor. Make sure that the the speaker with the white connector is used as the left speaker and the speaker with the red connector is used as the right speaker. Plug the left speaker's white phono plug into the white phono socket on the back of the subwoofer; repeat the process for the right speaker.
Please refer to your soundcard’s manual for details on which socket you need to use for the speaker system. In the case of 5.1 or 7.1 soundcards you'll need to use the 'Front In' socket on the soundcard for the green jack plug. |
