No, the trackball is designed for navigation only. Left and right mouse button actions are controlled/activated (variable) using your fingers.
Can I clean the ball?
If the device requires cleaning, you can remove the pointer control ball. Use a blunt object that won’t damage the product, and gently push the ball out from beneath. Once you have cleaned it, reinsert the ball by pushing it back into the opening.
