The PC isn’t detecting the graphics tablet correctly and it is not fully functional.
Please ensure the device was installed correctly by launching the configuration software. If you can’t do that, the device hasn’t been installed correctly. In this case uninstall the software, unplug the device and reboot the system. Now install the software again before connecting the device.
The tablet is detected by the PC and the buttons work, but the stylus doesn’t respond on the device – do you know why?
Check to see the stylus battery is inserted correctly. The upper part of the stylus has a marking showing you how to insert the battery. Insert the battery in the direction of the arrow.
Furthermore, some batteries are a few tenths of a millimetre wider than other batteries of the same type (AAA) which results in the battery losing contact under certain circumstances when inserted into the stylus. In this event, use smaller batteries.
