My gamepad, joystick or steering wheel does not work. How do I check the functionality?
Search under Windows® under "Settings" for "Set up USB game controller", the device should be listed here. Double-click the device name in the list of installed game controllers to get to the properties of the input device. Test the device by pressing its buttons or operating the axes. The entries should be displayed in parallel in the test field. Also, make sure the device is in the correct mode for your game. If the device is still not displayed or does not work, please contact our support team.
Why does the steering wheel only work partially or not at all in some games?
Hold down the "MODE" button for three seconds to switch between the two operating modes of the steering wheel: XInput (for most current games) and DirectInput (for all older and some newer games). If the red LED (left) lights up, the DirectInput mode is active; If the green LED (right) lights up, the device is in XInput mode.
How do I switch from analog to digital mode?
To switch between analog and digital input mode, briefly press the "Mode" button.
A slight delay is normal, this is around 15 °. This deadzone exists because there are games that use a negative deadzone. Without a delay, the steering wheel would first turn in the opposite direction to the desired direction.
If it happens that your settings don't save, perform a reinstall.
