Öffnen Sie das BIOS Ihres PCs (für genauere Informationen darüber beziehen Sie sich bitte auf das Handbuch Ihres Mainboards). Wählen Sie ″Advanced Chipset Features″ und ändern Sie unter dem Punkt USB Keyboard Support die Funktion von Disabled auf Enabled. Speichern Sie Ihre Änderung beim Verlassen des BIOS.
