How do I switch the device off?
To switch the speaker system off completely, keep the subwoofer/remote control POWER button held depressed for around two seconds.
Is there a power-saving mode?
"If no input signal is detected after 30 minutes, the system will switch automatically to standby mode. ‘OFF’ will be displayed. If an input signal is detected again, the system will switch on automatically after around 3 seconds.
To switch to standby mode manually, give the subwoofer/remote control POWER button a short press. Please be aware that the system will not switch on automatically if an input signal is detected again."
Sound is only coming out of one speaker
Make sure all the connectors are plugged in correctly and securely on each speaker, especially the phono/RCA (red and white) connectors.
Where can I find drivers for this product?
Speakers, microphones and headsets that use a jack plug do not require a driver. Only the PC’s sound card needs a driver. This can typically be found on the manufacturer’s website.
