If you sit leaning forward, push the height adjustment mechanism all the way forward during assembly. This setting results in an even balance for your seat type. If you like to sit leaning back, push the height adjustment mechanism backwards during assembly. This shifts the center of gravity forward, which ensures a comfortable lying position.
