To activate the rocker mechanism, pull the height-adjustment lever sideways. If you want to deactivate it, push the lever back.
I’m having problems with/I’m unsure about the gas lift for height adjustment.
For the gas lift to work correctly, before using it raise and lower the seat height a few times. After that, the chair should adjust smoothly. If the gas lift does not work (or no longer works) correctly, get in touch with our Support team at www.speedlink.de/support.
What do I need to consider when assembling my gaming chair?
Follow the order of steps exactly as illustrated in the user guide. Make sure that the seat and base are fixed together so they don’t come apart. Once the chair is assembled, check all the screws for tightness.
