Go to the notification area in the lower right corner, click on the program and now right-click on ""Exit"".
After restarting the PC the Tarios software does not start automatically.
Start the software after the restart and then click on ""OK"" or ""Confirm"".
I have problems with PUBG® or other games.
Having problems when playing PUBG® or other games, please install the latest firmware update and then the latest driver. You can download the package with both at www.speedlink.com. Afterwards the problems should be solved.
My mouse does not slide properly or moves with difficulty.
Generally, there are thin protective films on the glide pads at the underside of the mouse. For the best possible movability of the mouse these have to be removed.
When starting the setup the warning “Computer has protected by Windows®” appears on the screen, how can I fix this?
After the warning message appears, click on "More information" and then on ""Run anyway".
Why is the mouse not recognized by the driver software?
A firmware update is included with the driver download. Please run this update first according to the instructions.
