For the gas lift to work correctly, before using it raise and lower the seat height a few times. After that, the chair should adjust smoothly. If the gas lift does not work (or no longer works) correctly, get in touch with our Support team at www.speedlink.de/support.
What are the felt washers for and how are they used?
The felt washers are placed between seat C and height adjustment E to minimize material wear.
Remove the adhesive protection and glue the felt washers over the screw holes K of the seat C so that the felt washers are between the seat C and the height adjustment E.
