Use the screw clamp to attach the pop filter to one of the bars on the microphone arm. You can decide which direction you want it to bend in front of the microphone, so it doesn’t appear in the video when streaming.
What steps should I follow when installing my microphone?
You attach the microphone to the arm using the shock mount. To do so, slide the microphone into the shock mount and then insert this onto the silver attachment on the arm. You mount the microphone on the tripod using the accompanying threaded piece. Screw the microphone into the threaded piece and then screw that onto the tripod. In both cases, make sure that the logo-free side of the microphone faces towards you – in other words, the side WITHOUT the Speedlink logo on it. This is the only way you can take advantage of the full cardioid polar pattern. Finally, connect the cable to the microphone and any free USB port on your PC.
